Do property managers need a license?
In the states of Oregon and Washington, a property manager must be licensed with the Real Estate Division in order to manager other people's
properties. We have a Real Estate Broker license for both Oregon and Washington.
What if a tenant needs to be evicted?
Evictions are a rare occurance with us. However, when it does occur, we will handle the process for you. This is one of the most common
area's where investors/owners get in trouble. Fast evictions allow us to get the property re-rented.
How do you handle maintenance and after hours emergencies?
We handle needed maintenance on your property so you don't have to. We also have a 24/7 emergency service to protect your property against
any physical threats.
