as location, season, price and applicant quality. The more potential tenants look at your home, the faster it is likely to rent. For
that reason, Blue Key substantially invests in advertising, promotion, websites and referral systems. We follow a proven system to
find the right tenants.

Through experience, we've put together a solid rental home marketing program that includes multiple marketing segments. We use multiple
websites, search engines, referral networks, large eye-catching yard signs and corporate networks. Blue Key Property Management also

Do property managers need a license?
In the states of Oregon and Washington, a property manager must be licensed with the Real Estate Division in order to manager other people's
properties. We have a Real Estate Broker license for both Oregon and Washington.
What if a tenant needs to be evicted?
Evictions are a rare occurance with us. However, when it does occur, we will handle the process for you. This is one of the most common
area's where investors/owners get in trouble. Fast evictions allow us to get the property re-rented.
How do you handle maintenance and after hours emergencies?
We handle needed maintenance on your property so you don't have to. We also have a 24/7 emergency service to protect your property against
any physical threats.
